"I’d been looking to see if there were cheaper options when switching my auto insurance. Figured I’d give State Farm a call, I spoke with Mike and he was extremely helpful. He very knowledgeable on insurance and explained things clearly so I could understand them. I hate insurance calls but speaking with Mike actually made it relatively enjoyable. Thanks!"

"I had the pleasure of dealing with Rep. Mark Harrison at this State Farm office. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to keep me informed almost daily for a week regarding an unexpected and scary issue I was having with another home owners insurance carrier. "Worst experience I've ever had when dealing with home/auto insurance. Was shopping rates and filled out a quote online. Days later was contacted by Caleb in this office telling me he got my premium lower, only to find out he just removed coverages that I selected on the quote. After deciding to move forward was told I needed to transfer my home owners policy to their agency to get the agreed upon rate. Also on that same call, was told the rate "just went up" by about $100. After the call was sent paper work to sign and another document to sign to transfer my homeowners policy. Signed both and everything was good to go.... until I received a bill 2 months later. This was upping my 6 month (prepaid) premium by $900. After investigating this situation I was told I failed to sign the uninsured motorist decline form, so now I was defaulted into that coverage. I was then sent the form, signed immediately, and was told the charge would be reversed. 2 months later I receive another bill for the same thing, call and speak with Caleb, he tells me it's an error and should not be charged. 2 weeks later here comes another bill in the mail, Caleb then tells me I owe the money because of when the form was signed. I then escalated the situation to Pam, who was great at calling me back but that's about the only thing she helped me with. After fighting the situation for nearly a week, I cancelled service and moved my homeowners policy back to the agency that wrote it. This office runs a shady business, only discloses information that benefits them financially, then throws their hands in the air when you complain. Pam claims to be in this business for over 20 years but then acts like any situation she encounters is the "first time". I paid a little extra to go with State Farm because I always viewed them as a (local) large corporation, but honestly I receive better customer service talking to a bot online. Pam, you need to do a better job TRAINING and HOLDING YOUR TEAM ACCOUNTABLE, or you should retire because the way your office is conducting business is slimy and unethical."

"We had been with our previous insurance agency for 5 years and tolerated leaving voice mails and too many times never getting a return call. The Leonard-Williams Agency was recommended to us by many people in our community. We were being cancelled by our previous homeowners insurance as they apparently were getting out of the condo business. What a refreshing experience it was to call this agency and actually talk to a human being from the start, getting a meeting immediately with an agent (Michael Clarke), and finding him very knowledgeable about our community and teaching us things we weren't aware of with our insurances. To me, there is nothing worse than changing insurance. However, after making the decision to change to this agency, Mr. Clarke made it so seamless by doing it all by telephone and email. I don't think we've ever felt so confident that we did the right thing with the right agency."

"So happy to see that customers are satisfied. That has not been my experience. I have been a State Farm customer since the 70's. 1. I have left several messages for Pam over the past year on VM and with receptionist. No response. 2. If you leave a VM or send email, walk in customers have priority, even if you submitted message or email three days prior to walk in. I need to know this to plan accordingly. 3.During a traumatic accident I had in Dec 2022 (rear ended) I received poor assistance from Pam's office on how to proceed. 4. There are several other incidents that are lengthy and have caused undo confusion and stress Unfortunate because I have tried to forget and move on after each situation. Keeps on getting worse, not better."
