"Pam Leonard-Williams Statefarm agency is wonderful! I give them 10 stars. My family has been with this agency for over 7 years with home, car, and life insurance with them. "I have been with State Farm for many years now. We all know insurance anything is stressful and can be hard to understand, afford, and deal with. However this location has given me so much peace and understanding. No matter whom I speak with in this office, they are willing to assist and take as much time needed to ensure I am still happy and understand what my policies entail. They are not afraid to breakdown every little detail if needed. They don’t sugarcoat policies, they educate. I have personally worked with Pam herself who immediately stepped in to ensure if there was any miscommunication, that she was there to correct any questions or concerns. This location will go above and beyond for you with urgency. If they say they will call or email you, expect it because they will. They hold true to their word. I have also been getting assistance from Alicia Burke who has been absolutely phenomenal. She has gone above and beyond. She is quick, timely, efficient, and you can tell she does care. I have multiple policies with this location, from car to home insurance etc. and at any point I felt a concern Alicia and their ENTIRE office immediately eases my uncertainties. I think it’s truly important to have a solid team and feel confident that if the direct person you normally speak with is out of office , that you feel secure and confident to call your insurance location anyway and know you are being taken cared of. Thank you Pam, Alicia, and team for always having my back and always answering any questions. Big or small I never feel burdened when I call. And to top it off, consistently for years Pam’s office sends out a birthday card directly to you when your birthday rolls around. It’s a small gesture but so kind. "I’d been looking to see if there were cheaper options when switching my auto insurance. Figured I’d give State Farm a call, I spoke with Mike and he was extremely helpful. He very knowledgeable on insurance and explained things clearly so I could understand them. I hate insurance calls but speaking with Mike actually made it relatively enjoyable. Thanks!"

"I had the pleasure of dealing with Rep. Mark Harrison at this State Farm office. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to keep me informed almost daily for a week regarding an unexpected and scary issue I was having with another home owners insurance carrier. "Worst experience I've ever had when dealing with home/auto insurance. Was shopping rates and filled out a quote online. Days later was contacted by Caleb in this office telling me he got my premium lower, only to find out he just removed coverages that I selected on the quote. After deciding to move forward was told I needed to transfer my home owners policy to their agency to get the agreed upon rate. Also on that same call, was told the rate "just went up" by about $100. After the call was sent paper work to sign and another document to sign to transfer my homeowners policy. Signed both and everything was good to go.... until I received a bill 2 months later. This was upping my 6 month (prepaid) premium by $900. After investigating this situation I was told I failed to sign the uninsured motorist decline form, so now I was defaulted into that coverage. I was then sent the form, signed immediately, and was told the charge would be reversed. 2 months later I receive another bill for the same thing, call and speak with Caleb, he tells me it's an error and should not be charged. 2 weeks later here comes another bill in the mail, Caleb then tells me I owe the money because of when the form was signed. I then escalated the situation to Pam, who was great at calling me back but that's about the only thing she helped me with. After fighting the situation for nearly a week, I cancelled service and moved my homeowners policy back to the agency that wrote it. This office runs a shady business, only discloses information that benefits them financially, then throws their hands in the air when you complain. Pam claims to be in this business for over 20 years but then acts like any situation she encounters is the "first time". I paid a little extra to go with State Farm because I always viewed them as a (local) large corporation, but honestly I receive better customer service talking to a bot online. Pam, you need to do a better job TRAINING and HOLDING YOUR TEAM ACCOUNTABLE, or you should retire because the way your office is conducting business is slimy and unethical."
