What a refreshing experience it was to call this agency and actually talk to a human being from the start, getting a meeting immediately with an agent (Michael Clarke), and finding him very knowledgeable about our community and teaching us things we weren't aware of with our insurances. To me, there is nothing worse than changing insurance. However, after making the decision to change to this agency, Mr. Clarke made it so seamless by doing it all by telephone and email. I don't think we've ever felt so confident that we did the right thing with the right agency."

"*edited to respond* I have insurance through this statefarm location. I call today and am told " Your insurance will be canceled in Dec". Which we just got in September. They cannot tell me why either. I will be taking my company policy somewhere else also. No wonder they have lost some of their employees. Ms. Leonard, when you called me at 5:18 my phone lost the call. This is the first time I have had any response from you. There has been no communication with your company. You never call don't send invoices. Not even an email when I am signed up. I would think what your company is doing is FRAUD, I have signed for a 6 month agreement. Good thing I didn't pay up-front I wouldn't get any of my money back. Don't go to this location get insurance somewhere else and save yourself the headache."
